Message	You get more wet by running through the rain. This is because you encounter more rain drops by running. The same would hold true to hail. You would encounter more hail. However, what causes more impact? The hail dropping straight down on the car? Or you you driving into the hail, "reducing" the direct impact? GotCarolina Z?
